What are the benefits of an agreement? ~Keeps your equipment looking and performing like new ~Prolongs the life of your equipment and it's components ~Reduces down time by finding problems before they occur. ~Ordering special parts before they fail can save weeks of down time. ~Safety! Catching equipment problems before they occur can prevent injury and liability issues.
What do you get for your money? We service each piece of equipment included under contract as frequently as agreed to in the contract. This includes: ~Clean and lubricate each piece of equipment ~Adjust all belts and chains ~Inspect and tighten nuts and bolts ~Calibrate parts as needed ~Any other steps recommended by the manufacturer
What costs extra? Parts that have failed or are approaching failure will be replaced, with your approval. If the product is out of warranty, you will be charged for the part and the labor to replace the part at the current rate per hour.
What are you obligated to do? ~Have your products serviced as agreed until the contract is cancelled. ~You are not obligated to replace parts at our recommendation, nor have equiment repaired because we recommend it. ~You may cancel the contract at any time you wish by notifying Superior Fitness Systems in writing, 30-days before the next scheduled visit.
Must you purchase equipment from Superior Fitness Systems to have a contract? NO. We will service your equipment regardless of where you purchased it, unless we feel that we are not capable of providing proper service.
